Crunchyroll Collaboration and Giveaway!

In the last post for Nisemonogatari you may have seen a link to Crunchyroll at the bottom of the post. This is part of a Crunchyroll collaboration (or sponsortunity as Stephen Colbert might say) Rabbit Poets has engaged in. It won’t change much on the site from a content/design standpoint besides the end-of-post links you’ll see, but as part of the sponsortunity, I’m excited to announce that we’re giving away two premium 6-month memberships to Crunchyroll!

How this giveaway will work:

  • Leave a comment telling me your favorite anime series or movie (make sure to include your email address in the email field so I can contact the winners)
  • The giveaway will be open until Wednesday, March 7, 23:59 PST
  • I’ll then pick two commenters at random from to win the giveaways

Pretty simple.

Crunchyroll is probably best known for their anime simulcasting. They have a good list of available shows, pretty much all the major shows that are on air right now including Nisemonogatari, Natsume Yujin-cho Shi and Ano Natsu. One of the neat things about the premium membership is being able to stream shows through their mobile apps, definitely a really nice perk if you like watching shows from your iPad or even your phone.

So have at it in the comments field below!

  1. My favorite anime series changed in 2011… it’s now Puella Magi Madoka Magica

(Between 1992 and 2011 it was Top wo Nerae! Gunbuster – which I still love very much!)

  2. Feels a bit awkward to just comment like this, so I should say I read this blog from time to time.

Favorite anime: Aria the Origination (or rather, the whole franchise)

  3. My Anime List says that Clannad ~After Story~ is my favorite anime and who am I to question MAL? Should one use a question mark if one really doesn’t want nor needs an answer to what is technically a question?
